This endpoint sends a payment reminder associated with a specific loan. It is typically used to notify the borrower or related parties about important loan events, such as upcoming due dates, payment reminders, default warnings, or other critical updates. What it does:
  • Triggers a payment reminder related to the loan lifecycle
  • Communicates borrower obligations or system-triggered events
  • Records a reference to the payment reminder on-chain for audit purposes
When to use it:
  • Before an installment due date to remind the borrower
  • In the event of missed payments, triggering a default warning
  • To log any significant loan-related notification or update

The request body must include the loan identifier for which the payment reminder is being issued:
